Answer 1 :
Instagram bans and blocks are very cryptic because no one really knows how they work, but my account has been blocked and reactivated, so let me tell you about my experience and what I know.
When you get temporarily banned, you never know how long. It could be hours or even weeks! Sometimes Instagram says how long you’ve been blocked, sometimes it doesn’t. Instagram’s rules are truly a minefield where you never know your destiny.
If you got it permanently, banned, getting your account back is very difficult, but not impossible.
When my account was blocked, it was blocked for about 20 hours and thankfully more.
When I was about to log in one day, I was greeted with this message:
To be able to recover your account, click “Learn more” when trying to login and you will receive a message that your account has been locked.
When you report that you are an “innocent” or that Instagram has made a mistake, you will need to verify that you are the owner of your account. I received this email from Instagram saying the following:
In doing so, you can choose whether you are a businessman or an individual.
If you decide that you are a business, you need to send a confirmation to Instagram that you are the owner of your business, such as an account, account, etc.
If you say that you are an individual, you need to write the code on a piece of paper, write your Instagram username, your name, and then take a photo of how you hold that paper.
I found out that, as a rule, one message that Instagram did not make a mistake when blocking your account is not enough. In fact, the more the better. Try logging into your account several times a day and click that Instagram has made a mistake.
And this is important. Instagram will only activate your account if you haven’t actually broken any rules. Instagram will block your account if you break their rules (unless they temporarily block you) and they will show no mercy.
Of course, it’s worth giving it a try even if you’ve broken the rules, but chances are they won’t activate your account.
Now, from my personal experience:
After I reported my problem on Instagram three times, my Instagram account was reactivated (Yippie!), But still not a word from Instagram.
A few hours later, when my account was already activated, I received a response from Instagram:
The reason why it is possible to get your account back if it has been banned, and the reason why an innocent person can get your account banned, is Instagram “algorithm & u201cbots”. There are usually no real people banning accounts, but these are programmed bots that ban accounts based on suspicious activity. This is why it gives room for error. And if Instagram realizes that it made a mistake, it will activate your account.
Hope it helps!
Answer 2 :
However, if you have temporarily disabled your account, you can reactivate it at any time. For this it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours.
- Open the Instagram app (or computer).
- Enter your credentials.
- Try logging into a different device if you’re having problems. Make sure the app is up to date.
- Try resetting your password.
If Instagram has disabled your account, it means that it is violating some of the terms and conditions. If you are sure that this was due to an error, you can log into your account and follow the instructions on the screen.
If you realize that you have indeed violated some of the terms, just create a new account and be careful this time.
