How To Superscript in Word

You can add the text which appears upside (Superscript) on you your main text quite easily in the Word. This kind of text commonly use in date writing, ordinal numbers and mathematics for example: A

There are  four ways to apply in Word which are as follows;
 
Using Ribbon Formats 

Select the element and click on Home Tab then go to Font Format and Select Superscript and Subscript option from there.


Using Font Dialog Box

Select the element and click on Home Tab, find and click on Arrow in the right below corner. And click on Superscript  and Subscripts.


Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Select the elements and use Key Combination Ctrl + = (For Subscripts) and Ctrl + Shift ++ (For Superscripts).

Using Automatic Formats


We already seen this in Word while typing the sentences. To use this format we have to do the setting before in Word. This format helps to write 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th automatically. For this you have to use Auto Correct option in Word.

Using Equation Editor

If you are making equation using Superscript and Subscript then follow below steps. 
Click on Insert and go to Symbols Then find Equation Editor.
